Removing and Exporting Subscribers
To remove subscribers,
- Click ‘Remove subscribers‘ link inside your subscriber list
- Sendloop will ask you what to remove:
- All subscribers: Removes all subscribers of the list
- Specific email addresses: Enter email addresses (email per line) and they will be removed
- If any segment is set for your subscriber list, you will also have ability to remove subscribers matching that segment.
To export your subscribers,
- Sendloop can export your subscribers to CSV (Comma Separated), TAB (Tab Separated) or XML file formats. These are the most popular file formats.
- Select target subscribers to export and file format from lists.
- Select which fields to export. You must select at least one field to export.
- Once you click ‘Export’ button, Sendloop will prepare the export file for you and let you download it through your web browser.
